Isostasy

Our name
We adopted the name isostasy because it expresses the idea of maintaining
a balance. A geological term, it refers to the process of the earth's
tectonic plates attaining a state of equilibrium as they respond to constant
environmental change. (see the wikipedia

Our consultants
Isostasy was founded by environmental consultant David Prescott BSc (Hons) CEng MIET Dip Pollution Control. David
is a Chartered Electrical Engineer and member of the Institution
of Engineering and Technology (IET). A graduate in environmental studies
he also holds the Diploma in Pollution Control from the Open
University.
David is listed at www.charteredconsultant.co.uk and
works in close association with Safety
Assurance Services Ltd as well as

Network Ltd - an organisation providing a range of environmental improvement
services to the commercial and public sectors.
Matt Prescott BSc (Hons) MRes FRGS was previously the founding director the award-winning CarbonLimited project at the RSA, where he developed innovative methods in public engagement on climate change. A geographer and environmental scientist trained at University College London he previously managed a number of public sector sustainable construction projects including the UK's largest retrofit green roof, as well as other sustainable energy and community engagement projects. For central government, he has provided evidence, briefings and reports to MPs, ministers and special advisors on carbon policy and has taken part in a number of well-known television and radio broadcasts talking about climate change.
